At a Carnival Party in Singapore, Matt planned to woo his girlfriend Jesse McCarran (Laura vandervoort), but he encountered a sudden tragedy. Both of them died in the explosion caused by a human bomb. I don't know how long it took, Matt woke up again, but found himself in a strange space. Through a fast flowing river, he met many people who died in the explosion, many of whom have recovered their youthful appearance. After a short surprise, Matt decided to find the missing Jesse.
